There are very intentional bold pops of black and white throughout the house (a combo I will forever love) that creates some cohesion and personality in the house. Garcia nodded to the blue-and-gold color scheme of the Italianate lobby ceiling in his characteristically opulent designs for the hotel’s hospitality spaces and guest rooms. They took the time to understand the aesthetic we were shooting for, and have delivered above and beyond what we hoped. They encouraged us to take a few risks with some statement pieces, and we couldn't be happier with our choices.

The Marsh Edge Escape was a full renovation from top to bottom. The goal being to bring the outside in while creating a modern, minimal, sophisticated home for this well traveled art enthusiastic couple to relax and unwind. The low back isn’t supportive—it almost feels like a cushioned stool because of how low the back is. The cushion is a little firmer, but that doesn’t bother me as much. I just cannot imagine sitting in this chair for more than 30 minutes because I would want to lean and could not. It’s about 29.9"W, 21.7"D, and 28"H. It is a very structured chair and good accent option in the corner of a smaller bedroom or living room.
